Delivery Policy

We ship "in-stock" items within 24-72 business hours directly from Thailand via International Registered Airmail after payment clearance. (Please see stock status on each product page. During high season, the status might not be accurate. If urgent, please contact us to check stock status before purchasing.) During Thailand's public long holidays in mid-April and New Year, manufacturing and shipping processes may be delayed by up to 7 days. After we dispatch your order, delivery will be the responsibility of the Postal Services of Thailand and your country.

Shipping Address

We only use the shipping address you provide on our website, not on the payment gateway website or PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order with us. Please ensure the shipping address is correct.

Delivery Time

After shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. The estimated delivery time from Thailand is about 10-14 business days (approximately 2-3 weeks). For some countries, delivery time may be longer due to the customs service of each country.

Track and Trace

In our shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to view tracking information. Alternatively, if you need assistance, please send us an email. We will assist you promptly.

Unclaimed/Incorrect/Insufficient Address

To reship an order due to an unclaimed, incorrect, or insufficient address, a new shipping fee will be charged.

Customs Fees/Tax/Import VAT

EU customers please note: We are not signed up to the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) for VAT. Import VAT must be paid upon arrival in your country.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duty, tax, or VAT. These charges are not included in our prices.

Missing Product

When you receive your shipment, please ensure you have received all items. Note: if you purchase a large order, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive in separate shipments. For example, we may ship in-stock products first, and made-to-order items will be dispatched later. If items are missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Received Wrong Items

If you receive incorrect items (e.g., different model, color, or size), please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographic proof to make a claim. Please note that sizing can vary slightly between brands. If the size we sent is correct according to your original order, it cannot be claimed.

Lost Shipment

We provide a tracking number for every shipment. You can check the tracking status on the Thailand Post website or your country's postal service website. If the delivery status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the shipment, we recommend contacting your local post office first for the fastest resolution. If they cannot provide an answer or ask you to contact the sender, we will open an investigation claim with Thailand Post. This process is the responsibility of Thailand Post and can take between 1-3 months. We may require proof, such as CCTV footage. The claim outcome will be based on the results of the investigation. Lost or stolen packages after delivery cannot be claimed. If the package is returned to Thailand, we will contact you immediately.

Return Policy

Exchange / Refund

We accept returns for products that are new, in their original packaging with labels, for exchange (new size, style, or color) or refund within 30 days after the product arrives at the delivery address. For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us and for the shipping of the new product.

For a refund, the buyer pays the return shipping fee. Once the product arrives at our office, the value of the product will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need more information, please contact us.

***Please note that customized products, such as special sizes or personalized items, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.***

Please mark "RETURN TO EXCHANGE" or "RETURN TO REFUND" clearly on the package.

The returning process might experience delays at Thailand Customs, which could require an additional 2-3 weeks for customs clearance.

Damage

For any damages, such as those caused by the factory, company, transportation, or damage after the first use, please email us to make a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. Customers will be requested to provide a few photos of the damages and answer a few questions during the claim process. After the claim is approved, a new product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
